If you would like neuromodulator (Dysport/Botox) at your filler appointment, please DO NOT book two appointments. Just let us know when you are here and we can accommodate.

A valid credit card is required for booking all appointments. Once you book online our dedicated team will confirm and accept your appointment in our system. Please allow up to one business day for your appointment confirmation.

If booking dermal filler and neurotoxin (Dysport/Botox) please only book the dermal filler appointment; we will be able to accommodate the timing of both treatments during your visit.

Detroit Aesthetics Company has a 48-hour Cancellation & No-Call/No-Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. We do require a credit card on file and/or a deposit to hold any appointment. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. Life happens and things do come up, but we ask that you be mindful of others who would like your appointment time.

Any appointment that no-call/no-shows and/or cancels/reschedules within 48 hours will be subject to a No-Call/No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee outlined in our fee schedule available online.
